15-Day Master Plant Diet in Peru

15-day Advanced Plant Diet

The 15-day master plant diet allows you to work with up to three Master Plants. These include Ayahuma, Huaira Caspi, Ayahuasca, Huachuma, and Lupuna, among others. You will be guided by authentic shaman healers from the Peruvian Amazon. These diets offer opportunities to learn directly from each plant’s unique medicines.

This isolation diet takes place deep in the jungle. You’ll immerse yourself in the teachings of three powerful Master Plants. Isolated in a hut, a traditional wooden house in the rainforest, you’ll develop your healing abilities. You will pursue your spiritual journey with their guidance. Shamans will conduct opening and closing ceremonies for your diet. Additionally, the shaman will periodically check on the apprentice to assess their learning. This ensures their learning aligns with medicinal practices rather than sorcery.

Sincere intention and strong discipline are mandatory requirements for a successful diet. During the isolation diet, the apprentice will only be visited by the shaman, who will bring their food. Traditionally, the diet involves eating only fish and plantain. However, vegan options are available. Initially, the apprentice will eat a small portion of food twice a day. This sacrifice is necessary to achieve a deeper connection with the spirit of the master plant.

This diet offers an opportunity to connect with the wisdom and healing potency of the master plant. Upon completing the 15-day diet, a closing ceremony will take place. Specifically, during this ceremony, the shaman will review the entire diet process and provide guidance. Consequently, this marks your readiness for the next step in your journey as an apprentice shamanic healer.

For a shaman to give a diet to an aprentice, the individual must demonstrate commitment, a genuine willingness to learn, and thorough preparation. Shamans are eager to share their knowledge but also recognize the responsibilities that come with learning shamanic practices. They do not grant diets to everyone; instead, they seek to understand and build a connection with the person who will become their apprentice, ensuring readiness and dedication.
