Takinuna Ayahuasca Retreats: Terms and Conditions for a Transformative Journey

• – Cancellation Policy: At Takinuna, we understand that plans can change. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but cancellations made more than six weeks in advance may transfer their deposit to an alternative date. Cancellations within six weeks are non-refundable unless the spot can be filled, allowing for a deposit transfer.
• – Participant Responsibility and Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge the inherent dangers associated with our activities. Participants are responsible for assessing their physical and mental capacity and bringing appropriate gear. We accommodate your safety concerns as much as possible.
• – Liability Agreement: Upon registration, you assume all risks associated with the program, releasing Takinuna and related entities from liability.
• – Medical Services and Facilities: Participants should be aware that certain medical services may not be available. You agree to assume all risks and release Takinuna from liability in this regard.
• – Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to participation will be resolved in Iquitos, Peru, binding on heirs and family members.
• – Media Release and Copyright: Takinuna retains rights to use photos taken during the program for promotional purposes.
